I lost / didn't receive my licence code

  • If you've deleted your licence code email or had troubles receiving it, you can recover it from the licence recovery form.
  • If you typed your email address incorrectly during purchase or App Store migration, or if you still don't receive the email, please contact me.
  • If you purchased Flume Pro as an in-app purchase from the Mac App Store, this is not your licence code. You must convert and follow the instructions to migrate your purchase from Apple, in order to receive a Flume Pro licence code.
  • It's possible that your mail server blocked our licence code email. If you still do not receive the email even after attempting to recover it, please contact me.
