To help diagnose issues, we may request that you send Flume's log file to us via email. To access your log file, open Flume and either:
- Press Command and /
- Click the "Flume > Debugging Log" macOS menu bar item
Once the Flume log window appears, click "Show in Finder". If asked by support to attach your log file to a support request, please attach the .log file and do not copy and paste the log file contents.
