To help diagnose issues, we may request that you send Flume's log file to us via email. To access your log file, you can either:
- Visit https://flumeapp.com/?redirect=log to open the log window.
- Visit https://flumeapp.com/?redirect=logfile to open Finder directly to your log file.
Flume 2.8 and later
- Press Command and /
- Use the Flume > Debugging Log menu, and press "Show in Finder"
If asked by support to attach your log file to a support request, please do not copy and paste the log file contents.
