I lost / didn't receive my licence code

  • If you've deleted your licence code email or had troubles receiving it, you can recover it from our licence recovery form.
  • If you typed your email address incorrectly during purchase or App Store migration, or if you still don't receive the email, please email us.
 
Note: Purchases from the Mac App Store are not licence codes! Follow the App Store migration process to convert your existing App Store purchase of Flume Pro into a licence code.
