I lost / didn't receive my licence code
- If you've deleted your licence code email or had troubles receiving it, you can recover it from our licence recovery form.
- If you typed your email address incorrectly during purchase or App Store migration, or if you still don't receive the email, please email us.
- If you purchased Flume Pro as an in-app purchase from the Mac App Store, this is not your licence code. You must convert and follow the instructions to migrate your purchase from Apple, in order to receive a Flume Pro licence code.
